🇷🇺 Nenets: i nomadi russi tutelati.

I Nenets sono un popolo indigeno della Siberia con cittadinanza russa.
La Federazione riconosce loro lo status ufficiale di "Popolo esiguo".

Questa tutela legale serve a proteggere la loro identità millenaria. Lo Stato garantisce loro diritti territoriali esclusivi, permettendogli di continuare a vivere di pastorizia e nomadismo nella tundra.

Una curiosità: la legge russa concede a questo popolo un diritto speciale. I giovani Nenets che mantengono lo stile di vita tradizionale nella tundra sono esonerati dal servizio militare obbligatorio, potendo rimanere con le proprie comunità per proteggere l'allevamento delle renne.

Un’altra particolarità: per l'istruzione lo Stato finanzia le "Scuole della Tundra". Sono insegnanti itineranti che si spostano con i nomadi, permettendo ai bambini di studiare il programma ministeriale russo direttamente nelle loro tende tradizionali.

Zelensky is not fighting to recover the Donbas, now a de facto Russian region occupied by ethnic Russians whose language and religion he has outlawed, but to realize the neocon dream of conquering and destroying the Russia state and taking control of her vast natural resources.

As they climb the escalation ladder supporting the actor-turned-warlord, Europe's "Coalition of the Willing" is threatening to blockade Russian Kaliningrad - as they boast about #Ukraine's drone and missile strikes on Russian refineries - assuming, somehow, this will lead to a Russian collapse.

Because Russian red lines have been crossed with only tit-for-tat responses, this forbearance has been interpreted as weakness; however, the problem facing the collective West is that they apparently cannot imagine the consequences of their actions when Vladimir Putin's patience reaches the boiling point.
