@Racing_UK@CheltenhamRaces Samcro was brilliant. Altior was spectacular. But nothing will beat the mighty Tiger Roll pinging every fence and staying on up hill. That was just a display of pure guts and heart - that’s what makes National Hunt Racing
As a great man once said “This is your Everest boys. Very few people have the chance to get to the top of Everest. You have that chance today.” This is the greatest sporting theatre anybody could wish for #CheltenhamFestival2018 https://t.co/y1ZKcnIhMp
Desperately sad news about North Hill Harvey, Dresden and Some Plan in the Grand Annual. This is the worsts aspect of racing, but unfortunately it does happen. Takes the shine off a great week of racing
A duel for the ages. Might Bite and Native River going at it hammer and tong all the way. Unfortunately Might Bite couldn’t get the job done. #CheltenhamFestival2018
No surprise to see the Albert Bartlett was a proper slog. Kilbricken Storm shows superb stamina to win at huge odds of 33/1 - again very well done if you’ve backed that! Poetic Rhythm just didn’t seem to handle conditions #CheltenhamFestival2018
Dan Skelton strikes again in the County Hurdle as Mohaayed strikes under Bridget Andrews at huge odds of 33/1 - well done if you backed that one. Such a shame to see what happened to Sandsend #CheltenhamFestival2018
The Irish continue to dominate. Farclas reverses the form with Mr Adjudicator and takes the Triumph. 7 winners on the week for @gelliott_racing#CheltenhamFestival2018
Selection Two: Might Bite 3:30 Cheltenham - one of the most exciting horses in training. Won last seasons RSA and the King George in December. A classy jumper, who could some of these at it early on. Slight ground worries but I’m a still a big fan #CheltenhamFestival2018
Selection One: Poetic Rhythm 2:50 Cheltenham - a very experienced hurdler (which is needed in this race) shown a good level of form this season and is already a Grade 1 winner. Can run a big race for @FOBRacing and good e/w value at 16/1 #CheltenhamFestival2018
It’s Cheltenham Gold Cup Day!!! Not much time to do a full write-up today so selections be posted later this morning. Can the English get a couple of winners after yesterday? Or will the Irish continue to dominate? #CheltenhamFestival#CheltenhamGoldCup
Missed Approach makes sure there is no clean sweep for Ireland, holding off the challenge of Mall Dini and Squouteur in the Kim Muir. Just one day of The Festival left 😞 #CheltenhamFestival2018
Wow that was some performance from Laurina - she absolutely bolts up in the Mares Novices’ Hurdle it’s now 6/6 for Ireland. A win for Mall Dini or Squouteur will make it an unbelievable 7/7 on St Patrick’s Thursday!!! #CheltenhamFestival2018
