For 2 months, @IkejaElectric@ieServe has kept our property: 12 Majaro Street, Odogunyan Ikorodu in total darkness over an alleged legacy debt tied to an account that was deactivated over 10 years ago.
Despite a series of emails and physical visits to their office to resolve this amicably, IKEDC disconnected the entire property and has refused to restore power. They are actively punishing innocent tenants for a legacy account that is inactive and unrelated to current usage.
โข Deactivated Account: When checked on IKEDCโs own portal, the status clearly reads: โAccount has been deactivated.โ It is completely unlinked to any active prepaid meter on the premises.

โข A Decade of Prepaid Usage: This property has operated strictly on prepaid meters for 10 years. Different tenants have purchased tokens and used electricity seamlessly with zero issues.
