No Australian charges. Locked up at the behest of the United States for unfounded allegations stemming from a short work contract in 2012 in South Africa. No-one else faces any charges despite multiple alleged co-conspirators. Allegations that weren’t a crime in Australia.

Instead of the Australian government protecting this Aussie family from a political prosecution, the Duggans are being forced to fight the extradition approval at the federal court.

They have to rely on donations to cover legal fees of over 300k, whilst Dan remains locked up, unable to work, unable to access legal aid and unable to be with his wife and six children.

When Saffrine wanted to sell her property to fund Dan’s legal defence the US DOJ with help from the AFP seized control of the property. Since then, there have been a number of break-ins, thefts, and vandals have caused thousands in damage.

The latest break-in has not only devastated the family, the children are now even more traumatised and fearful. The family is already struggling and relying on donations without legal aid.

The case against Dan Duggan seems like an attempt to bankrupt this Aussie family.

Saffrine’s property has been seized by the AFP and the DOJ which she was hoping to sell to fund Dan’s defence.

The Duggans have not been able to access legal aid.

In 2021, Adam Cranston was granted legal aid to fund his 9-month trial after approval from the A-G.
Adam Cranston was part of a $105 million tax evasion conspiracy in which he received at least $6.86 million and has been jailed in for a maximum of 15 years.

Dan Duggan is an Aussie father of 6 who faces zero Australian charges, has been locked in maximum security for over 1,000 days, spent over 19 months in solitary confinement. US overreach accuses him of money laundering on just over $100k in wages that he paid tax on and was deposited into his Australian bank account.

Dan Duggan is a pawn in a US ideological war with China.
