@jeffhyde@ChaseTBrooke1 Funding silos are one of the worst barriers to collaboration. More often than not, funds are extremely targeted and can only be used within a certain county, program, or within state. Same thing with personnel. Unless that changes, collaboration will always be very limited.
@EStafne @jeffhyde And many of us technologists, storytellers, artists, futurists, etc. don't have a 4 year degree or more, which makes it extra hard to be hired in Extension to do creative, innovative work. I'm one of the lucky ones.
