Inspiring the Next Generation of HVAC Pros in the Ozarks!

Last week had the absolute pleasure of hosting an exciting field trip for 18 talented students from Ozarks Technical Community College (OTC) right here in Springfield, MO!

These future leaders in Drafting & Design Technology, Electrical, and HVAC/R got a hands-on look at how their studies come to life in the real world. From residential installs to commercial refrigeration projects, we dove deep into what makes our team tick and how we keep the Ozarks comfortable year-round.

A huge shoutout to OTC for partnering with us to bridge classroom knowledge with on-the-job action. We're passionate about nurturing local talent because at SS&B, we believe in building stronger communities – one comfortable home and career at a time.

Today, Ozarks Tech unveiled the Ozarks Antique Auto Club Automotive Technology Lab at the Industry Training and Transportation Center on the Springfield campus. For nearly 20 years, OAAC has supported Ozarks Tech through the Automotive Department and an endowed scholarship.
