Today is my 5th NHS birthday 🥳🎈
A lot has happened in that time. I’ve had 4 different jobs in 2 different countries with 8 lovely teams. All whilst managing to survive a global pandemic!
Roll on the next 5! (no more pandemics please)
You may have noticed Rhona working tirelessly in #Emmerdale to get #Marlon home. This process is known as Early Supported Discharge (ESD).
ESD allows stroke survivors to return home early while still receiving coordinated care from health professionals.
