#compassionfocusedtherapy group today was SO moving 🥺. A lady got upset and her peer demonstrated compassion within the cft group! She was so kind, empathetic, comforting and reassuring. It was really lovely! We then reflected on how we can try to speak to ourselves that way ❤️
