The question you will ever ask yourself is this:

Assuming without conceding that President Tinubu is guilty of some sorts of drug-related crimes in the U.S., what will make them want to release such documents at this critical point in time, where his reelection is just by the corner?

It will be for personal interest, of course.

The only reason they would be doing so will be to get him to the negotiation table.

In foreign policy, interest comes ahead of every other thing.

If they can get a good deal for whatever the interest may be, then be sure that such documents will continue to remain a bait without being released.

Have you asked yourselves why this case has lingered for three good years without any progress, even in the face of violating multiple court orders?
