@googlemaps Because Briarwood Close does not appear when searched for in Google maps , Briarwood Drive appears at the top of the list when a search for Briarwood Close is done, this means that numerous delivery’s appear here at Briarwood Drive that are meant for Briarwood Close

[charlie oak @OakCharlie]

@googlemaps Hi Google maps when searching for Briarwood Close which is in the SS9 postcode it does not return a result , however Briarwood Close does appear on the map. This is causing some inconvenience for us.

@hermesparcels having taken an @AmazonHelp amazon parcel to one of your Hermes return shops where packaging was not required , I was told they would not accept it as it was not packaged ??

[charlie oak @OakCharlie]

@Tesco opened the app at 05.55, waited approximately an hour, couldn’t get the slot we wanted 23rd but here is the thing 2 other family members in the same postcode logged on at approx 06.25 and no queue both got slots for the 23rd.

@FitbitSupport
Although grateful for the suggestions made to allow my Fitbit luxe to reliably sync to my phone , I think you are missing the point, I should not have had to spend 3 months trying to sort this out and it’s still not working , completely unacceptable

[charlie oak @OakCharlie]

@johnlewishelp John Lewis, still have the faulty Fitbit luxe you refused to repair/ replace/ refund, nearly 3 months of trying various fixes with Fitbit directly as you washed your hands of it on our first call to customer services, very disappointed .

@emmaparisdavies @GoZwift I have the tacx flow smart T2240 , £189 Halfords or decathlon, had it about a year now and quite happy with it

[charlie oak @OakCharlie]

@AmazonHelp This is not the first time this has happened and on a separate order I had an email to day informing me of a further delay on this item this was due on the 6th Nov. Now estimated delivery 10th Nov

[charlie oak @OakCharlie]

@AmazonHelp I have had three prime orders in less than a month delayed, and in one instance had no notification it had been delivered to the drop off point .

[charlie oak @OakCharlie]

@AmazonHelp I am not sure who the carrier is, they are delivered to my drop off point. One example is I had an email yesterday informing me that the item would be delayed. Although having no confirmation it had arrived I called in to the drop off point to find it had been delivered.
