“17 players. 3 non contact. 2 can only play one hour. Split into 3 teams for possession, 4 teams for finishing, 2 teams for SSG. 15 minutes in and we now have 15 so change it all immediately”

While unfortunately not surprising it is still incredibly sad - how many player’s potential or simply love of the game has been damaged by coaches lack of awareness or confirmation bias.
