Am in shock at how good @HM_Passport is.
I posted my passport on Monday for renewal, after filling out application online that morning. Paid for standard rate. On Tuesday got a text saying it had been received. On Tuesday afternoon got another text saying application had been approved.
This morning my new passport arrived. Astonishing.
Not all government services need to be like a battle with an enemy.
