Don’t play with your externship.
Avoid the temptation to keep re-reading the same topic repeatedly. Read it, understand it, revise briefly if necessary, and move forward.
I remember being trapped in that cycle — reading the same weeks over and over again, yet still forgetting them. Everything changed when I made a deliberate decision not to remain on topics I had already covered.
The nature of externship is intense and broad. Time moves quickly, and the syllabus is usually too wide to waste weeks trying to perfect one area while neglecting others.
