Not like me to say something controversial😂

But....

I'm slightly worried what happened in 13/14 might be repeating itself.

Suarez had a once in a generation season, and absolutely carried the team.

We didn't properly understand it at the time and thought Rodgers was an utter genius with his possession based football.

The generational player Suarez left in Summer 14 and it all fell apart for Rodgers.

Salah is having a generational season even better than Suarez in 13/14.

At times he is carrying the side, he constantly bailing us out.

Slot is getting kudos and hailed as a genius.

So what is the reality is Slot a genius or like Rodgers in 13/14 is he living off the genius of one player.

We will find the answer to that next season as FSG tightness means another generational attacker looks like he will leaving this Summer.

So let's hope I'm worrying for nothing and 25/26 doesn't resemble 14/15 👍
