I made a transfer of ₦8,333  twice in the afternoon and evening from my Ecobank account to my PiggyVest account through the PiggyVest platform. The amount was debited from my Ecobank account, but it has not been credited to my PiggyVest wallet.

I was debited #6,061 from my account to my PiggyVest but didn’t reflect on my PiggyVest account. I have contacted the PiggyVest customer service and I was asked to contact the zenith bank customer service for reversal. Please, rectify the issue. Thanks.

@ZenithBank I made use of Northwest petrol station Pos, I was debited but it wasn’t successful it was shown AUTO REVERSAL. Please, rectify the problem. Will be expecting the reversal of #10,000
