Found this video from a test I tried a while ago. It's a brief glimpse into what I get to see when I'm making. All the physical structures are transparent so it can be a useful technique to see what effect a change I have made will have.

Sometimes I don't have enough time to focus on a piece I want to make but I still want to see something new, so I make up little experiments and spend an hour or two playing and making notes. It all contributes to something in the end.

My principle reason for making sculptures and imagery is escapism. It's an opportunity to allow my imagination to wander and see something new - it's self therapy, self care, self progression.
