Allegations of Extortion which came from my own Attorney in an act of Revenge after I FIRED HIM in a Landmark First Amendment Case.

Obsidian v. Cox NEVER had a Cause of Action as Extortion. The case was about ONE Blog Post, a CPA Source sent Cox verbatim. Cox was exposing Public Corruption in Portland Oregon, Bankruptcy Court Corruption, Trustee Corruption that involved Sussman Shank Law Firm, Perkins Coie Law Firm, Obsidian Finance Group, Tonkon Torp, David Brown, Judges, Financial Companies and more.

The Judge RULED against Cox, Defamed Cox and accused her of a CRIME in a Civil Case, with no criminal charges ever filed. Judge Marco Hernandez did this to Protect CORRUPTION in Portland Oregon.

Cox’s attorney Marc Randazza, when Fired, in an act of Revenge worked with the Opposition in the Case to frame Cox for Extortion. Randazza and Tonkon Torp lawyer David Aman even met with Judge Marco Hernandez with their concerns of me being guilty of extortion. They prejudiced the Judge, MY OWN ATTORNEY.

Law Enforcement, attorneys and the courts REFUSED Cox’s asking over and over to have criminal charges filed against her so she could litigate the accusation. Cox was never given a way to litigate the allegations but instead attorneys, judges, and media in mass simply labeled Cox a Criminal, an Extortionist in a civil matter having nothing to do with extortion and due to 1 email out of 14, in a back and forth settlement negotiation AFTER Cox was sued for 10 Million Dollars and was her own attorney. Cox was Pro Se, her own attorney, and the email was a correspondence in a settlement negotiation between attorneys in the case. IT WAS NOT EXTORTION.

Obsidian made similar offers such as $5000 Cox must pay for each time she mentions the name Kevin Padrick or Obsidian Finance Group. My Attorney DEFAMED Cox, Sued Cox, Painted Cox in False Light, filed an Amicus Brief in the 9th Circuit in opposition to Cox, in the very case he represented her in.

Marc Randazza even hired an attorney for another individual to write up an Amicus Brief in opposition to Cox in her 9th circuit appeal. Then after this SUED Cox in Nevada Federal Court then again in Bankruptcy Court, ALL for SPEECH Randazza did not approve of.
