@LenovoSupport I know that this is what you do for most such issues. I've seen on Lenovo forums. This is a well known issue even if not acknowledged by you. If this is the quality of product & service, do you think customer will be back for other product or recommend to others? Absolutely not.

Can anyone please share the address, email on which I can send legal notice to @Lenovo_in @LenovoSupport ? I've had a very frustrating experience with them calling their design defect a CID, not providing warranty for the issue persistent before so called CID happened, etc etc.

@LenovoSupport Please stop calling it customer induced. A laptop is supposed to operate a certain way (open and close). I have always used it very carefully. There was no o physical damage because of me. How can you call it customer induced without knowing if I actually did anything?

@LenovoSupport This laptop is less than 2 years old. It is an expensive laptop. Is your build quality so bad that there are issues already? Is it fair that I've spent so much on this laptop, and now because of faulty design & clever clause in warranty have to pay so much more to get it fixed?

@LenovoSupport I have visited 2 authorised Lenovo service centres, and one exclusive showroom. All 3 placed told me this is a hinge issue. All the problems are happening because of the faulty hinge, and this is very common in your yoga series. I have it on record.

@LenovoSupport Even now, I'm not asking you to do anything for the crack. But you are denying me warranty for the mute button issue which is your fault and happened way before this. It seems to me that because of your faulty hinge, the mute button stopped working first, then the crack developed

@LenovoSupport I've tried to explain so much now. The crack has developed because the hinge is putting pressure. This has happened after the mute button stopped working (I have proof of this, you can check my previous ticket). I had already logged a complaint regarding mute button before this.

@Lenovo_in @LenovoSupport If normal opening and closing the laptop (a yoga 6) is putting pressure near the hinge causing a crack to form, on what basis do you call it customer induced when it's a design fault? I've been denied warranty claim calling it customer induced.

I don't think I can watch #KantaraOnPrime without the original #VarahaRoopam. Just, no! That was such an integral part of the movie.

After watching it three times in theatres, I'm just heartbroken and disappointed by this change.
