@xplasmx @BradGalli To add on top when the team collapsed and McClellan called out the team you have to think that he was aiming at Larkin and the team not only failed to respond they continued to collapse.

In essence while Larkin is a very good player he might not be leadership material

Not an Yzerstan for sure but Larkin is the leadership of this team and the last three years basically has been a pattern. At some point you do have to look at the team and this year when the Wings added Faulk it showed it was time for the playoff.

@UrinatingTree After seeing what happened in Atlanta as a head coach and his time at Pittsburgh, I would not touch Smith with a 10 foot pole. The guy banked off of Derrick Henry at Tennessee and he would find a way to get Holmes to trade for Jonnu Smith
