Free agent John Collins has agreed to a three-year, $51 million deal to sign with the Detroit Pistons, sources tell ESPN. Frontcourt addition and a new lob threat for Cade Cunningham in Detroit.
@UrinatingTree Just had a friend lose her husband to ALS at age 45 after being diagnosed officially two years ago. Seeing him wilt away like that was horrible.
Horrible disease and never wish that on anyone.
Fuck ALS
@xplasmx@BradGalli To add on top when the team collapsed and McClellan called out the team you have to think that he was aiming at Larkin and the team not only failed to respond they continued to collapse.
In essence while Larkin is a very good player he might not be leadership material
@xplasmx@BradGalli Thinking the same thing.
Not an Yzerstan for sure but Larkin is the leadership of this team and the last three years basically has been a pattern. At some point you do have to look at the team and this year when the Wings added Faulk it showed it was time for the playoff.
@davidpollack47@USMNT Texas A&M this past year.
No one outside their own parameters talk about them but they believe they have a chance and can win every game.
Hopefully when the knockout round they change to Indiana
No doubt about it: Carolina Hurricanes were the best hockey team from beginning to end and it showed (Colorado started off scorching hot but fell off down the stretch).
Congratulations Canes #soundthesiren
@DarrenMcCarty4 Crushed to hear it. He was that guy that if you were facing him you would hate him but if he was on your team you loved him.
And sorry for your loss. I know you two got to be close friends.
@MikeBellATL@Braves I've screamed this for 25+ years.
I've always view the Braves management like Kevin Bacon in Animal House when the parade turned into a riot: "all's well!"
Look at what Detroit did: added arms. One of their pitchers lost for the season but still have ample arms now
@UrinatingTree After seeing what happened in Atlanta as a head coach and his time at Pittsburgh, I would not touch Smith with a 10 foot pole. The guy banked off of Derrick Henry at Tennessee and he would find a way to get Holmes to trade for Jonnu Smith
@UrinatingTree You nailed it.
Fontenot is clueless on how to run a team or he was sent from the Saints to sabotage the Falcons for years. And any other owner (save when William Clay Ford ran the Lions and hired Matt Millen) would have fired him by now.
