Our first scientific paper is out ! In this paper, we developed a protocol to allow the reconstruction of images, based on brain imagery of a subject imagining images inside an MRI machine. We explore the ability of AI algorithms to reconstruct images that the subject projects in his mind.

This paper is one the first explorations on how to create directly based on one's imagination using generative AI.
We also introduce the first artwork associated to the scientific process.
For the creation of this artwork, we developed a protocol in which we used MRI machines to analyze the activity in our brain when imagining a picture, and AI algorithms are trained to reconstruct the images we imagine.
The algorithms are trained on surrealist artworks, as we see this new creation method as the next step of surrealism, permitted by technology.
This artwork is part of a larger series which will be presented at @danyszgallery in October 2024.
October 25 on SuperRare. For the anniversary of the sale of Edmond de Belamy, we have a small surprise called STILL LEARNING.
STILL LEARNING is composed of three works created in 2019 with GANs. As AI progresses, we find ourselves revisiting more and more the raw and distinctive aesthetics of early generative AI.

The artist’s consciousness is secondary to how a work is interpreted. Once the work exists, what we read in it does not depend on whether its maker was conscious of that meaning, or even capable of consciousness. A symbol does not have to have been known in order to be read.

We are artists that strive to create art using science. This is a proof that it’s possible. Such a great feeling to get this recognition.

Two @heft_gallery Circles added to the permanent collection.
The first by @obv_ious and this one is incredibly special as it was a gift from my dear friend @Johndoe8891. John is simply a remarkable human and beyond the circle, his friendship is the ultimate gift.
The second I minted and is by @martingrasser. Was traveling when these first came out but thrilled to also be able to support the great work @adamberninger and the Heft team are doing!
Great art, great spaces, great people!

The reveal of our EXPERIMENT1 is live!
It's a naturalist illustration exploration around the golden ratio, in collaboration with the French National Library.
We had a vision. "In a society that tried to save itself and has since collapsed, new naturalists study fictive bio-engineered species that emerged to address climate issues, unsuccessfully."
