@TicketmasterCS how do I actually make a complaint as seems impossible via the website? Spent over £500 on 2 golden circle tickets for Robbie Williams in Bath on Fri 13th and event organisers wouldn’t let us into the golden circle area due to “over crowding”!!

@SamsungHelpUK … so just be forewarned if you have an issue expect to spend hours trying to get any sense from an overseas call centre me that Samsung UK will not speak to you nor appear to be interested in resolving an issue of their own making

@SamsungHelpUK can someone from Samsung UK please contact me - tv returned more than a month ago, Samsung’s contracted courier states it was delivered but Samsung call centre claims it was never received and I am £2300 out of pocket! Atrocious customer service
