I’m the I/C on my ward tonight. One of our dementia patients refuses to sleep. She used to be a secretary. She’s sitting next to me, looking over policies. I’ve given her a red pen to circle spelling mistakes. She’s picked up a few. Falls asleep now and then. 100% would hire.
