@jimiuorio You could be right, but after 3-1/2 minutes at nearly 200 below zero my heat feels "transferred." I'll have to find an ice bath sometime & give it a try to compare.
@TslaGroupie Yes. As I mentioned I got 35% of what I asked for at the IPO price. Even though I'm up, my intent is to hold long-term. It was a fun day for us stock nerds!
@Liathetrader Lia, heat is not an issue for the games in Houston. They will be playing in NRG stadium which has a retractable roof they will close and then turn the A/C on. So no one will be sitting in the sun or heat for the games.
@TslaGroupie Everyone does, TG. Especially the 37 percent of Americans who can't cover a $400 emergency expense without going into debt, selling something to raise money, or just ignoring the emergency (which is not usually possible when it is medical).
@NancySam57 I disagree with your last sentence. I'm aware of many jurisdictions where you can go right to the property line and I've seen it done many times where you couldn't put a piece of tissue paper between the fence & property line.
@HeavenLeeMade That is why you don't put it ON the property line (a line has no thickness by the way), but rather you put it so that it is entirely on your property by a fraction of an inch, and they can't paint it since it's not on their property.
@JohnRya65149256 How is "sharing the costs" enforced? Unless there are legal documents, it's then just a "gentleman's agreement" and if a new owner moves in next door they may say "F-you. I'm not paying anything." when it comes time to replace or repair the fence.
@412MJS@Monica55dzrh Wrong. Every city, county, township, or whatever jurisdiction the property is in has its own regulations regarding fences, and in every jurisdiction I've ever dealt with you could go to the property line, but not beyond it into the neighboring property or into the public ROW.
@TslaGroupie Why did you close 1 day before expiration? Granted, you wouldn't get that much more, but were you really concerned RCAT would drop below $9.50 tomorrow and you'd be assigned?
