It appears that an problem affecting Go/Go Faster rates yesterday has caused a few issues within the app today. This now seems to have been resolved, but will require a refresh by going to Settings —> Advanced —> Refresh Data. Sorry for any inconvenience caused. 🐙📊

@LaurenceBradbur@EverythingHom13 Hello 👋 export tariffs it a highly requested feature and is one I’m prioritising within the next version, however I cannot provide a timeframe currently, as I’m behind schedule due to exams and other changes. Watch this space though! 🐙
@Ive_3_sons 2) hopefully you’ll find that the app is close (to a degree of accuracy due to rounding) as the data comes directly from the API provided. If there’s a difference between the bill and the App, please do let me know and I’ll take a further dive into the problem!
@Ive_3_sons 1) No worries about querying it - there is a big difference between your IHD and the App. Although not ideal for now, on the 3rd I’d recommend noting down the figures given within the app and your IHD, which will allow you to compare it against your bill from Octopus Energy
@Ive_3_sons The consumption shown on a IHD should be accurate, however often prices are not, especially on a dynamic tariff such as Agile or Go, many IHD only allow a single price, increasing the total. Please do feel free to send us a DM to help assist further - would be happy to help!
@Ive_3_sons Glad to hear that the daily totals are matching. Just to confirm, does your IHD match the figure on the Octopus Energy dashboard for the current month? The App fetches from here and not from your meter so relies on this data. Happy to help via DM if I would like 🐙

@Neal_UK Just checked our rates and they are now showing as the higher rate - it was the lower rate this morning though on that page so looks like they’ve updated their backend now too.

…The tariffs are still very competitive though when compared to other energy suppliers which is a bonus! Roll on the summer for Agile prices to hopefully drop again 🥳 🐙 📈
