چهار تن از بازداشت‌شدگان پرونده شهرک اکباتان توسط شعبه ۱۵ دادگاه انقلاب تهران به ریاست قاضی ابوالقاسم صلواتی به اعدام محکوم شدند.
میلاد آرمون، نوید نجاران، مهدی ایمانی و سید محمدمهدی حسینی به اتهام محاربه حکم اعدام دریافت کردند. این احکام در حالی صادر شده که شعبه ۱۳ دادگاه کیفری یک استان تهران پیش‌تر
احکام سبک‌تری برای آنان صادر کرده بود.
Four detainees in the Ekbatan case have been sentenced to death by Branch 15 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court presided over by Judge Abolqasem Salavati. Milad Armoun, Navid Najaran, Mehdi Imani and Seyed Mohammad Mehdi Hosseini received death sentences on charges of moharebeh. This ruling comes after the criminal court had previously issued more lenient verdicts in the same case.

Every 40 hours, one political execution in Iran
According to the Iran Human Rights Campaign (CHRI), the Islamic Republic has executed at least 22 political prisoners in the last 1.5 months — exactly one political execution every 40 hours.
These executions are often carried out after torture, secret trials, and forced confessions.

This morning the Islamic Republic announced the execution of three more protesters: #Mehdi_Rasouli #MohammadReza_Miri and #Ebrahim_Dolatabadi who were arrested during December protests in Mashhad and sentenced to death after sham trials.

If the international community does not respond to this grave injustice soon there’s a serious risk of hundreds of executions in the coming weeks as the regime expedites the killings of their own people as a deterrent to another (imminent) uprising.
