Pay attention to what he is saying. The same alliance between the left and Muslims that is taking place now in the West happened decades ago in Iran. This is how Iran became an Islamic theocracy.

José Mourinho on Hossam Hassan's claim that Argentina were favoured because of World Cup marketing:
🗣️ “When you lose a match after leading 2–0, the first analysis should be about your own team, not about conspiracies. As a coach, you must look at what you could have done better before pointing the finger elsewhere.
“I don't like these kinds of excuses. Saying the tournament is designed to favour one team or one player takes attention away from the football. If you believe you were treated unfairly, present the facts. If not, accept the result and move on.
“Football is decided by what happens on the pitch. If your team cannot protect a two-goal lead, that is where the discussion should begin. Managers must take responsibility, especially after painful defeats. That is part of the job.”

CHRISTOPHER NOLAN WANTED GREECE’S ODYSSEY — JUST NOT THE GREEKS
Christopher Nolan came to Greece for Homer.
He came for our landscapes, our archaeological sites and the extraordinary visual power of the country that gave birth to The Odyssey.
His production benefited from Greek locations, cooperation from Greek authorities and reportedly millions of euros in Greek public financial support.
But there are no Greek actors in the principal cast.
And now Greece appears to have been excluded from the film’s major international promotional tour.
No Greek actors.
No Greek premiere.
No Greece on the major promotional tour.
At some point, this stops looking like coincidence and starts looking like a pattern.
Nolan wanted Greece’s story.
He wanted Greece’s landscapes.
He wanted access to Greece’s cultural heritage.
He accepted Greece’s cooperation and public financial support.
But contemporary Greece and Greek artists are absent from the global presentation of the film.
Artistic freedom gives Nolan the right to make those choices.
It does not place him beyond criticism.
When one of the world’s most powerful filmmakers draws upon the cultural inheritance of a nation, films on its soil and benefits from its public support, it is reasonable to ask what recognition, participation and visibility that country receives in return.
That is not cultural reciprocity.
It is cultural extraction.
Greece is not merely a spectacular backdrop or an inexhaustible reservoir of stories for the global entertainment industry.
The Odyssey is part of Greece’s living cultural inheritance and one of the foundations of world literature.
Christopher Nolan took Greece’s story to the world.
He should be asked why he left Greece—and the Greeks—behind.
You're being laughed at because you don't understand the distinction between fiction and myth.
A myth is a sacred story.
The Odyssey is mythic, a sacred story that is foundational to Greek culture and to the West.
The details of myths inform the character of its people.
The Odyssey Star John Leguizamo accused white people of culturally annihilating the Latin People:
"The cultural annihilation that happened to Latin people is the worst in the history of the world. The theft of all our wealth and gold. And our gold funded the second half of the Renaissance... 500,000 tons of gold that was taken from us."
"You wonder, like, here we are, Latin people, 500 years after the conquest, and where are we? Why aren't we further up in the food chain? And then you start to understand all the practices and oppression that goes into keeping people down. It makes you angry."
Why is he ranting about this while promoting a movie about Greek mythology that has no Greek people in it?
