I remember sitting in social studies at school, listening history lessons. Convicts were sent to Oz for minor crimes like stealing bread. I remember thinking WOAH. For stealing bread?!
In 2020 people are being incarcerated to max prisons for shoplifting. The people OF THIS LAND.

It took every fibre of my being to not act out, and a simple ‘Shut The Fuck Up’ was enough for her to do so but then also play the victim. And THAT is just a glimpse of what we experience on the daily. Fragility, hypocracy, fakeness, weaponising tears and shock for sympathy.
