@GWRHelp have an exhibition from 07:00 to 19:00 on Tuesday 10 September, at Chippenham Station, presenting their proposals for regenerating the south side of the station. All being well, work will begin early in 2020.

I'd like to point out that there is an important difference between a project's budget increasing and a project running "overbudget".

HS2 is still being specified and designed; only once the design is finished will the budget be set. Crossrail is running overbudget, HS2 is not.
