@AskNationwide@carolynclark_1 Same boat but all they do is send a standard response saying that they are sorry you feel the way and that they are only interested in members that they “have a deeper relationship with”. They don’t care about loyalty - it doesn’t count for anything.

@clairelw81@BritishGasHelp Its awful. I have no heating or hot water and it’s been going on since Christmas even though the engineer failed to fix the issue and they canceled my appt today they are saying I’ll have to wait another week
@BritishGasHelp my boiler is broken and I have no hot water. It originally happened on 27th Dec, your engineer who came on new Year failed to fix it, I had to wait another week despite this and now you’ve cancelled my appt and said I’ll have to wait until next weds. It’s cold....
@SkyHelpTeam No use to people connected to WiFi at the weekend. Exactly the same issue when we were without a phone signal last year for two days and you gave away “free” data
@SkyHelpTeam Been advised that if free data is of no use to me tomorrow I should use data instead of my WiFi. Why would I do that with unlimited WiFi at home. Great gesture of goodwill Sky but it needs to be fair for everyone.

@SkyHelpTeam How is that of use to people who largely use data during the working week? You offered several people on Twitter yesterday piggybank data tip ups instead. This at least would allow them to use it when they wish. I had no data and issues with calls yesterday. 1/2
