So I've hinted at my Pokemon Red project before now, but here's a taste of it:
This is a plain clothes Rocket Grunt. His overworld sprite is a Jr Trainer (M) (compare to the one just beneath him on the Nugget Bridge).
This establishes that not all Rockets wear the grunt uniform
I had totally forgotten the plot point where all of the DBZ villains are sitting in the afterlife watching the Goku vs Kid Buu fight.
Like every ome of them just sitting there like "holy shit this guy is crazy!"
(Also Radditz and Nappa not there?)
It was established in No Way Home that muscle memory can supersede the context of Strange's magic. Specifically, Peter's body continuing to keep the Machina di Kadavus away while astrally projected.
It was theorized that muscle memory might be key to unlocking Ned's memories.
After rewatching Spider-Man: No Way Home, I noticed that Ned had already cast a spell before Doctor Strange made everyone forget who Spider-Man was.
So the handshake at the end of Spider-Man: Brand New Day didn’t trigger a memory because of muscle memory or Jean Grey. It simply reawakened the magic from Ned’s own spell, allowing him to remember Peter again.

‘SPIDER-MAN: BRAND NEW DAY’ producer Amy Pascal says Destin Daniel Cretton is the reason Jean Grey was included into the movie
“We didn’t pick Jean Gray because she was part of the X-Men, we picked Jean Gray because [director] Destin [Daniel Cretton] came in and said, “If you guys want to do a movie that is about the way people feel isolated, even more today than ever, because of our technology and everything else, and not just young people, but everybody. But it has afflicted young people so much. If we can do a movie that is about how reaching out and making a connection to someone is the most important thing that you can do, then I understand how to do this movie.” And he was the one who said, “I really think it would be great if the villain could be a teenager,” instead of all the monsters we’ve done in the past. Because the other truth about Peter Parker is, the best stories are when the villains have the same problem that he does in the anonymity and feeling isolated. It just seemed like the right story to tell for today, because it’s something that we can all relate to.”

The problem is J.K. is the baby and the bathwater... these subjects are interlinked.
So long as the works fund her hate campaign... you can't engage legitimately with them.
Andrew Garfield says people shouldn’t financially support J.K. Rowling, but Harry Potter’s other artists shouldn’t be discarded because of her
“Honestly, I hadn’t watched the Harry Potters until recently”
Host: “How’d you not?”
Andrew: “No. And he’s really good in those Harry Potter movies. Those Harry Potter movies are really good. I really like them”
“I know it’s controversial, and we shouldn’t be putting money in the pocket of inhumane legislation right now”
“But the soul and the spirit of a lot of the essence of the themes of those films, and the kids, and all the artisans and the craft people…”
“I’m working with a wonderful makeup artist, Claire, right now who was working in the creature workshop”
“I’m just like, ‘Oh man, we can’t throw the baby out with the bathwater.’ There are so many beautiful artists that worked on those films”
“Anyway, I have a newfound appreciation for all of the artists. Daniel’s great”
Some guy in the row in front of me said “nah you’re on your own after that” when mj asked him to bring her home. Like yeah dude that’s why you’d never be spiderman you’re not that guy pal

peter’s mutations heightening his senses is a bullseye allegory for neurodivergency and how society tries to contain us in their box when really our “flaws” make us more adaptable than the rest of the world #TruthNuke
