@Icelandair @EU_Commission My flight was cancelled in March. I incurred thousands in expenses to get home. After 4 months of formal complaints, regulators, and attorneys - still nothing. Where is the accountability? #PassengerRights

.@Icelandair I purchased Saga Premium Flex for our 10-year anniversary trip. An involuntary schedule change left us with an impossible negative 2.5-hour connection, and my OTA & your support have left us stranded since July 8. (1/2)

@Icelandair I never received checkin luggage in Iceland to US flight. It's been 46 days and why airline is not responding to emails and not declaring it lost according to Montreal convention ? Please don't suggest reaching out to cust relations, I have been doing it every wk :(

👍 to @westjet; they offered everything 1 needs on a long haul flight.
👎 to @Icelandair who required us to buy seats to have our 12yo sit w/us & offered only water/tea inflight

@Icelandair where’s my luggage??? My children need the medicine in my checked bag… we had enough for a few days, but now this is beyond ridiculous, and no one has reached out to us
