@ChaseSupport @Chase Lost luggage in my flight that was booked with Chase reserve. Placed lost luggage claim for ~1500 with @Assurant and it got denied since $1500 exceeds $3000 coverage !!! . Not sure how to appeal as online there is no option and customer rep unable to help.

@elonmusk I have only had my Model Y for 2 weeks and the price just dropped by almost 20%. Tesla should offer price difference refunds to customers that have purchased in the last 30 days. This is not okay.

@SingaporeAir Yes I believe so. Customer care today confirmed again that refund request is in process (even thought trip date is now in the past) and case still remains escalated. I was told delay in refund proc was because it was once rescheduled when Covid policy was in effect 🤷

@SingaporeAir I am waiting several months to get my refund for my cancelled international trip from USA. Every time I call, get a response that the case is escalated and being reviewed. Pathetic service. Feel robbed of my money.

Trip is in the past and the confirmation code is not valid anymore and refund enquiring cannot be made on website anymore
