@DFOSanDiegoCA @USCISDirector @USCIS There are hundreds of EB based AOS applications at San Diego field office that needs attention, please process and adjudicate EB based i-485 with priority. There are several of them with TUB, but still not upgraded even after 5-6 months.

Lot of Applicants with PD 2011/2012 with every docs submitted including i693, interfiling EB2, just waiting for updates for more than a year now. @USCISDirector @USCIS USCIS i485 processing is completely random. I queried 1000 case numbers in my series range,people applied after me have been already processed. People who have priority date after me are also processed, which tells me processing is by neither by priority date nor by receipt date

@USCIS Submitted everything including i693 , even interfiled, but as per current status it’s not even upgraded to EB2. The process has been going for a decade and application for more than a year almost. The status is same as what it was a year back.

@USCIS @USCISMediaWest There is no progress on thousands of applications without movement in NSC, can you make some progress on those? People are waiting for over 10-15 years with a hope that USCIS will process it soon.

@USCIS @USCIS @USCISDirector One thing that I am unable to understand is the processing sequence of USCIS. There are thousands of applications which are stuck at NSC with PD 2012 and prior, and there are more folks with 2013 PD are getting green card. Similarly RD is not honored either
