@dapoets @RobertsSpaceInd Friend and I did some Testing in 3.19.1 with the Hull A, you can pick up cargo if your hovering over the pad. You dont have to be landed to buy cargo, Selling cargo we did the same thing, hovering 5km up over the surface entrance at MicroTech. As long as your in the Safe Zone.
