As such, it is important for individuals to adapt and engage in a #stress-relief cycle, per time:
- identify stressors;
- minimise exposure to identified stressors;
- replace stressors with adaptive coping mechanisms;
- repeat cycle.

Based on the individual’s level of resilience and capacity to develop adaptive (positive) coping strategies, an individual #Stress levels could further result in a mental health breakdown.

Suicide deaths among children and young people are usually preceded by #suicidal contemplations, including suicidal thoughts, threats, attempts and gestures.
It is a #myth to think that a suicidal person will commit suicide, if (s)he talks about it.
