5 Mindset ที่จะทำให้คุณ "ชนะ" ในการทำงาน

ออฟฟิศ 0.4 ไปอ่านเจอบทความที่ชื่อว่า ‘5 career-changing mindsets to help you win at work’ พบว่ามีความน่าสนใจที่ชวนให้เรามองว่างานที่ทำอยู่ คือ ทรัพย์สินในชีวิตที่กำลังสะสมสร้างมูลค่าให้เราโตขึ้นและเก่งขึ้น

แต่การจะทำให้สิ่งเหล่านี้เป็นทรัพย์สินได้ เราจำเป็นต้องมี 5 Mindset นี้อยู่ด้วย จะตรงใจใครบ้างลองไปสำรวจด้วยกัน

1. คิดแบบ Company of One

- ให้คิดว่าตัวเราคือ CEO ของตัวเอง ทักษะที่มีคือ "สินค้า" และแบรนด์ส่วนตัวคือ "แผนกการตลาด" ที่อยากให้หัวหน้าหรือคนอื่นทำงานด้วย

- เปลี่ยนคำถามจาก "บริษัทจะให้อะไรฉัน" เป็น "วันนี้ฉันมอบ Value อะไรไปแล้วบ้าง" และ "มันเสริม Portfolio ฉันได้ยังไง"

- ไม่ต้องรอบริษัทโปรโมทหรือส่งไปเรียน เราอยากทำอะไร เรียนรู้อะไรลุยเลย ให้เหนือ Average คนในองค์กรไปเลย อย่าไปรอเสียเวลา

2. คิดแบบ Permanent Beta ทดลองไปเรื่อยๆ

- ระวังความคิดที่อันตรายที่สุดคือ ฉันเก่งพอแล้ว

- ความรู้มีวันหมดอายุนะ ดังนั้นควรมีโหมด อัปเกรดตัวเองด้วย

- เศรษฐกิจแบบนี้ยังไม่ต้องลาออกมาเรียนต่อ แค่ Micro-learning เช่น ฟังพอดแคสต์เทรนด์ใหม่, ลงคอร์สสั้นๆ ก็พอ

- ความสามารถในการปรับตัวและเติบโต คือมูลค่าของชีวิต

3. คิดแบบ Philosophy for Career คือ มีจุดยืน

- อย่าลืมคำถามว่าคุณค่าของงานที่ทำคืออะไร ไม่เช่นนั้นเราอาจตามหาเงินเดือนก้อนต่อไป แล้วก็ Burnout

4. คิดแบบ Investor

- สกิลของเรา คือ "พอร์ตโฟลิโอ" อย่ามีแค่สกิลเดียว เพราะความเสี่ยงจาก AI กำลังมา

- การเรียนรู้คือ "ดอกเบี้ยทบต้น" ที่ต้อง reinvest อย่างสม่ำเสมอ

- ระหว่างทางลองสร้างทางเลือกเผื่อไว้บ้าง อาจสบายใจกว่าการมี 10 ใบเซอร์ฯ แต่ไม่มีแผนสำรองอะไรไว้เลย

5. คิดแบบ Owner

- หยุดแก้ตัวและโทษคนอื่น เช่น ถ้าหัวหน้าไม่ให้โอกาส ก็ลองหาโอกาสเองดูจากต้นทุนที่มี

- เมื่อเรามองงานที่เราทำแบบสายตาเจ้าของ เราจะปกป้อง ลงทุน และดูแลมัน ถ้ามองว่าเส้นทางอาชีพมีความเสี่ยง เราจะหาทางปรับตัว และหาตำแหน่งหรือจุดที่คนอื่นทำแทนเราได้ยาก เพราะงานคือทรัพย์สินและลิขสิทธิ์ของเราที่คนอื่นทำได้ไม่ง่าย

เออ..บางบรรทัดอาจแล้วก็ฮึกเฮิม บางบรรทัดอ่านแล้วก็คิดว่าเหนื่อยหน่อย แต่ก็คุ้มที่จะลงทุนกับการปรับวิธีคิดตามนี้ อาจไม่ต้องเริ่มพร้อมกันทั้งหมด แต่ถ้าไม่เริ่มเลย ความลำบากน่าจะกำลังกวักมือเรียกเราอยู่..
