1. 开源节流。即便你在公司工作，也不应该只为它工作，要有自己的副业，有其他收入来源。不要乱花钱，多储备，做好理财。

2. 关注本国政策。关注所在国家和地区的政策，理解自己能获得哪些支持。如就业保障、失业援助、技能培训、创业扶持，以及住房、医疗和养老安排，都值得提前了解。

3. 找到自己的社区，储备信用。让他人知道你擅长什么、答应的事情能否做到、遇到困难是否可靠。真正遇到困境时，在建立了信任的社区，互帮互助，抵抗外部风险。

4. 保持与外部市场的联系。有工作时，也要了解外面的需求，认识同行和潜在合作方，及时发现自己的经验在哪里有用、哪里已经需要更新。

5. 吃好睡好，照顾好自己。
