@EddieBurfi@mehdirhasan The police leaked it eh? I'm beginning to wonder if it's someone at the heart of Reform who is out to get Farage. Wouldn't be the first time. Lowe wasn't crafty enough and got kicked out on his arse. Is there anyone in there smart enough and devious enough to be running this?
@Annemarieward@smartysue I think you'll find that the Monster Raving Loony Party has been working the election circuit since before Count Binface was galvanised. If anyone is the representation of the British Establishment in this fiasco it's either them or Farage.
@GBPolitcs@smartysue Could this by election get any sillier? Has anyone asked if Liz Truss wants to add her name to the list of loveable and not so loveable eccentrics?
@GoodwinMJ I don't recall Reform or any other Party saying they were standing in Makerfield to legitimise Burnham's election. Your loyalty to Mr. Farage has blinded you to the sheer silliness of this latest publicity stunt. Why would any serious party want to touch it with a barge pole?
@nw_nicholas@RachelReevesMP@tpearce003 Time enough to continue with the investigation If and when the silly sausage wins the epic battle between the rubbish and the bin.
@RachelReevesMP As that Stewardship is an office of profit under the Crown Mr. Farage ceases to be an MP on appointment, presumably to preserve the independence of Parliament. Is the profit Mr. Farage will get from the office more or less than the £5 million he had from his friend in Thailand?
'My job is to demonstrate that British democracy is wonderful and unique in the entire Cosmos'
Count Binface told #BBCBreakfast why he plans to stand against Nigel Farage in the Clacton by-election - triggered by the resignation of the Reform UK leader who then plans to re-fight the seat, which he argued would vindicate him following questions over his financial arrangements

@LeeAndersonMP_ No Nigel hasn't thrown down the gauntlet (unless there happened to be one among the toys he threw out of his pram) and only the joke parties are willing to play along with his attempt to deflect attention from his conduct.
Number of appearances on BBC Question Time by Nigel Farage =38
Number of appearances on BBC Question Time by Carole Cadwalldr who has spent years trying to expose foreign interference in UK politics =0
But yeah, the ‘establishment’ is against man of the people, Nigel.

@archer_rs The trouble for him is that swathes of the media that used to support him or at least put a neutral spin on his antics have now turned and have joined the pile on giving him a well overdue kicking.
@0Calamity@SheilaBurgoyne1 Remind us how Farage protested about the press camping on Jeremy Corbyn's doorstep obstructing him going to work every day. I'm sure he was outraged about that... Or maybe he wasn't?
@ZackPolanski Please don’t stand.
I know Clacton very well and you will lose heavily and give Farage just what he wants — a legitimate target who isn’t wearing a costume.
Let this one go and let Farage make an idiot of himself!
@ms_samldn@KevinASchofield There is a tipping point in the reputation of "unassailable" public figures. It may come only at the moment of their death (Maxwell, Saville) but for some may come earlier.
