[Rev .Vitus @Vitus_osst]

A lot of people are calling out Catholics and saying this is Idolatry. This is not Idolatry.

Firstly, This is the skull of Marie Madeleine. And this act, is known as crowning/decorating of a sacred relic.

This is permitted by Catholic tradition through the solemn crowning of sacred images, an ancient devotional practice expressing honor toward Christ, the Blessed Virgin Mary, or the saints. It is sacramental/devotional symbolism, not worship of the statue itself.

[pelumi Alaba @Ogedengbe230]

@Vitus_osst Catholic Tradition and not Christ's or any of the Apostles' command

[pelumi Alaba @Ogedengbe230]

@JustJumah8 U can include my name too
