The tech industry has a broken loop: You can't get hired without experience, but you can't get experience without being hired.
We built the override.
Blacksmith Experience is the first AI-native engineering apprenticeship.
We are creating a job, not a course.
Left wing. Right wing. It doesn’t matter what you vote for when you’re out of gas. Let the rest of them fight over the fuel pumps while we automate the highway.
Agree or disagree?

Dear @elonmusk
Nigerians need your help.
Internet access here feels like a scam. We pay for data from MTN Nigeria, Airtel Nigeria, and Globacom, but speeds are unreliable and data disappears faster than it should.
Nigerians consumed 4 billion gigabytes of data in just 3 months. January to March 2026. N3.33 trillion spent on data alone.
Starlink is already a game changer, but pricing keeps it out of reach for millions who need it most.
Make Starlink more affordable in Nigeria.
You won’t just disrupt a market. You’ll unlock opportunities for millions of young people building, learning, and working online every day.
Africa is ready and Nigeria is waiting.

Yeah, this is why we (designers) need to spend more time playing around and reading case studies of real live products

Linear has a playlist on you tube where they talk in-depth about how they built their product. A lot of companies do these days.
Spend more time reading and shadowing the big companies in areas/field/features you want to design for. They have spent thousands of dollars conducting quality research and perfecting a UX that may not look "all that" to you but then it works.
Now armed with this knowledge, you can make it a collabo, designing intuitive product that are also really soft and beautiful to the eye.
Follow @aydahnizzy , @designedbyMofi@leyeConnect Et al., they are very good in these regards.
It looks good + It works well = 💯
It is possible.
