Breakfast means - break the fast.

A fast must be 12 hours.

So in order to eat breakfast, you should have fasted (only water allowed in that period) for at least 12 hours.

Up to 16 hours is best.

So, if you ate dinner at 7 pm, no food is allowed until 7 am, but preferably 11 am.

@iamBarnet 2/2 ..using the right while driving slower might be in the wrong as we need to keep left if not overtaking, you will notice that also the ones crossing from one lane to the other are usually driving past 100KPH... so they too are in the wrong. Assuming they are not intoxicated

@iamBarnet In Uganda, there is no road where we are expected to drive 100KPH. Thats is the maximum limit for some highways and expess.. Not every dual carriage is 100KPH (example being the Northern bypass that is 70KPH and some sections going to 50KPH. I would want to agree that those 1/2
