Ok guys- the divider between my balcony and my neighbors fell down during the windstorm last Tuesday. It’s just laying completely on her balcony MY SIDE UP and she hasn’t done anything about it.

I went to put a note on her door tonight about it, and her door was partially open, keys still in it, and she was inside YELLING so that’s what we’re dealing with LOL

The frame is close on my side and open on hers- so it has to be screwed in on her side. She’s SUPER weird, I’ve lived here for 10 years and she’s the only person on my floor I don’t know even tho I’ve tried to greet her in the halls, etc.
