Some savings accounts charge higher fees (like $5) for debit or in-person transactions since they’re indeed meant for saving, not everyday use. @TracyGreen70859 Hello Tracy, payments like disability benefits are issued by a government or third party, so the timing is outside of Vancity’s control. If your deposit is consistently late, it’s best to confirm the payment date directly with the provider to see when it was issued.

@trevor_mangion Hi Trevor. Third-parties are still updating their software for the new online banking platform, and some aggregators may not work reliably. We recommend completely disconnecting and reconnecting, reaching out to Quickbooks or manually downloading and uploading transactions. -JB
