@Vancity there appears to be some issues with you account messaging. It won't let me send my message bringing up an error to "please enter a valid message" when I've included a valid message.
@Arpansac@amazon@GoDaddy How do you find that? @Godaddy's chat support is never online, they NEVER respond to the text number they have on their website, and you have to call and wait on hold to reach anyone.

@RogersHelps Pt. 2 I asked for some sort of complimentary data (for instance I got an offer last month offering 40 GB of free data - I never accepted it in time). Anything? I used to get offered 5GB for free data just for calling and he said there was nothing further he could do.
@RogersHelps Pt 2. I asked for at least a complimentary 5 GB (I got these many times in the past if there was an issue). He said he's exhausted looking into it. My service gets worse, the longer I'm a customer. 25+ years now. Thanks Rogers.
@RogersHelps When I made changes to the plan yesterday the woman said the new data would be added in 1-2 hours. When it didn't, I waited on the chat again and the gentleman said the woman accidentally set the plan to start in 10 days. He tried to fix it to set it up immediately but couldn't?
@RogersHelps worst experience trying to update my data while travelling. Changed my plan to add 120 GB. Confirmed several times I need it asap. And it gets added to my next billing cycle in 10 days?! Spoke to two people. When my data runs out he says there is nothing he can do.
@Vancity I’m currently travelling and just discovered that my Visa no longer works?! On a call with Vancity the other day, the employee suggested I switch cards as mine is about to expire. I agreed but stressed that my current card needs to continue to work until I return home!!!

@Vancity really need to fix the bugs in your system regarding payments and e-transfers. Yet again today put a payment on my Visa. It’s left my account, but the payment is not showing up on my card. It keeps happening and I have to wait until the next morning for it to sort out.
