@Alli_Costello @gmeinersYT @Bungie @A_dmg04 yeah but that wasnt the topic. I made a gaming account to address gaming lol.

[Just Ree @OhHeyReeality]

@RyDog2Nasty when has COD been casual? lol Stop crying play easier games

[Just Ree @OhHeyReeality]

Remember when ppl bought and played games that they actually enjoyed? I dont remember ppl crying about Link always needing to rescue Zelda, and urging the devs to change the plot of the franchise.

[Just Ree @OhHeyReeality]

@JakkuTR @Alphashadow111 SBMM is only an issue because theres ppl who try to play games they arent good enough for. While lacking mental capacity to even try to be. Instead they cling to a term in this case acronym because the cult has decided thats the issue, and not themselves... Shame

[Just Ree @OhHeyReeality]

@Alphashadow111 Yeah thats why its in the game, it wasnt made for it. maybe just stick to campaign if you wanna play with bots. DMZ is too much for you also...

[Just Ree @OhHeyReeality]

@Alli_Costello @gmeinersYT @Bungie @A_dmg04 its insane how they decided to attack Marathon over Destiny. Gamers are so weird now

[Just Ree @OhHeyReeality]

Amzing work man!!!

My thoughts on my #GearsOfWar Marathon

DAY 5
Gears 5 - (2019) XBOX ONE

Man, I thought this was a Series X/S title, but nope... previous gen. Holy shit...

You can tell by my completion time that this game is longer, but it also looks so insanely fucking beautiful that I took around 80 screenshots and kept walking around just to see how good this game looks.

And it's a 2019 game. Yes, that was 7 years ago...

I can't believe this, man. There is no way they can improve on this.

(Then I played E-Day... Like, what is going on, bro? There is no way they can improve on THAT, right?? Right...?)

Anyway, where was I?

Gears 5 has by far the best gameplay so far.
(E-Day coming tomorrow.)

It didn't reach the emotional highs of the OG trilogy, but visually and gameplay wise, this game was one of my favourites to play.

The fact that after I finished my marathon and played through every game, Gears 5 was the one I immediately started playing again says a lot.

I really appreciate the devs trying to do something fresh with this game.

The skiff sections, optional side content and bigger open areas were all great additions. I'm especially grateful that they made most of it optional instead of forcing it on the player to progress through the main story.

I still prefer the previous games when it comes to pacing, but that doesn't mean I didn't like this. It was great.

And that moment when you had to choose between JD and Del? GENIUS!

It was the hardest decision I've ever had to make in a game.
Who did you save?

Oh, and Del, right? Yeah, bro. I love that guy.
So supportive, morally right, has a great heart, always there for you and just an all around great character. The older brother I always wanted. He reminds me of Dom.
Maybe that's why I like Del so much too.

@DanteSolus @Bryan318Z youre the best gamers I know, im proud of you both.

[Just Ree @OhHeyReeality]

@ttunlehs The ppl who see this in there killcam or Best Play, that dont report them, are just as much of the problem

[Just Ree @OhHeyReeality]

@FaZeScope I'm 1.3 and im not the best, youre just miserable. 1.1+ is positive KD. Get good or get lost

[Just Ree @OhHeyReeality]

@GoatedDave Why were you just relaxing with a knife out? Yeah you were cupcaking.

DAY 4
Gears of War 4 XBOX ONE (2016)

New generation, new Gears, and the visual upgrade was just jaw dropping. Again!
The devs are flexing with their talent here.

Gameplay also evolved and added some fantastic additions.

JD is great! I really liked the guy.
(and not just because he got his middle name after Dom)

Kait was cute, and I really enjoyed her company. I knew there was gonna be more about her because she's on the cover of Gears 5.
I was worried about JD the time because I thought they will kill him off so there was a tension in me at every cutscene..

And Del is just DELightful to have around. (See what I did there?) But more on Del in my Gears 5 post.

Marcus with a beard looks even more badass. No wonder the other GoW franchise took inspiration from him and gave Kratos a cool beard too.

It was good to have Marcus around, but I wish we got to enjoy his company more. I understand why they did what they did, though.
They probably wanted to give the new cast a chance to shine, and that's hard to do when Marcus Fenix is in the room.

I loved this one too, and it immediately made me want to boot up Gears 5. So I did.

Thank God I didn't have to wait years for a new one.

@1805cam Ummm so ppl should just plow players? What if gamers have caught up to the pros? Only the hackers can have high KD now.

[Just Ree @OhHeyReeality]

@TGDefinition as far as wins, ummm I can see you do very well in kills, but youre only one man. Unless you only play Free For All youre good bro lol

[Just Ree @OhHeyReeality]

@TGDefinition ummm whats bad about that? Youre doing better than wome pros. Maybe you just need to adjust your perspective. All that 2+ KD is old news

[Just Ree @OhHeyReeality]

I mean maybe ppl need to get use this as the norm. All the crying ppl do about SBMM, ummmm go play soft cozy games.

FINAL STATS:

[Just Ree @OhHeyReeality]

@PinkGeekCOD theres a desync issue where its inconsistent game to game. Some of your shots dont register. Its a common issue in crossplay games. Its most noticeable in games like COD and Battlefield. COD generally fixes it sometime after launch

[Just Ree @OhHeyReeality]

@UncSupply @WARDOGS yeah no, im sure this was a single thing, maybe go outside and play kid. This bitch culture isnt for gaming.

[Just Ree @OhHeyReeality]

@ModernWarzone I mean soft gamers should stick to cozy games
