I reckon you’d absolutely kill it if you managed a bunch of creators that already had the foundation built, but needed extra content direction and maybe some help with discipline.

Streamers are human beings too you know.
When people get asked the same stupid question 10 times within the space of an hour, it's understandable that this CAN lead to a crashout or maybe a response in a less than ideal manner/tone.

Put yourself in their shoes, you get annoyed by things too right. Games can be annoying, Twitch chat can be annoying. The two can play off of each other and sometimes streamers will react, not that big of a deal.

A little more understanding goes a long way.
