#6 - STEM isn’t just for “Him”!! We need to encourage our young ladies to participate more in STEM. Also STEM shouldn’t be “taught”, it needs to be fully integrated with all classrooms. We can’t prepare students for the future if we don’t start STEM today. #T3IC

#5 - We need to use proper vocabulary when explaining mathematical concepts to students. Cancel the word cancel, reduce the usage of the word reduce, cross out cross multiply completely, and FOIL should only be used in the kitchen 🤣 #T3IC

#4 - EQUALITY IS THE SAME AS EQUITY! We have to address the inequalities within our schools in order for ALL students to be successful. It starts with us #T3IC
