I have written several times but it seems you are not perturbed.
My account was debited for failed transaction N10,000 & N2,600 respectively and it has not been reversed since 31st of August, also this morning N15,000 and no reversal.

My experience has been bad, most times I make transfers, it will appear as failed transaction and my account will still be debited and not reversed. I have three amounts transferred that has not been reversed and most recent is today.

@FirstBankngr I was called from your Bank this morning (24/09/23) with personal number requesting for confirmation of my date of birth, i declined and getting to FBN Agbowo, the machines rejected my card. I don't understand FBN again, so much inconsistencies and fraud going on.

It is bad enough that i am being debited despite bad network, all FIP charges on these reversed transfers are not reversed, why?
Seems very fraudulent.
