Girl, I'm sorry, but this is LITERALLY the path we should have taken from the very beginning. This became a geopolitical issue the moment LADS was approved as part of the Chinese cultural expansion program, tasked with integrating Chinese culture with the international market.

They literally received government funding to build positive international relations on behalf of the Chinese government to boost their soft power. Instead, Infold used public money to reject and mistreat their foreign consumers, painting a picture that Chinese games only care about their domestic economy and treat the external market like cash cows. It is no longer just about getting revenge on Infold, it’s about showing that the international market isn't a circus and that we have policies to protect our rights.

If you still haven't realized that the ABSOLUTE WORST-CASE CONSEQUENCE we will face is the end of service for this cursed game, serving as an example so other companies don't repeat this, I honestly don't know what to tell you.

We are way past the point of caring about what happens to Infold and LADS because it is crystal clear that the company itself doesn't care and is walking alone toward its own destruction. The people using the rhetoric that we are being radical and contributing to an EoS are failing to see that the company is doing this ALL BY THEMSELVES.

Anyone with an ounce of self-respect doesn't care if this escalates to a governmental level anymore because we are betting it all now: all or nothing. You talk as if the game is going to be censored AS IF IT HASN'T ALREADY BEEN CENSORED BECAUSE OF THE ANTIS. The absolute most that can happen to it now is being shut down.

And frankly, anyone supporting this shift in tone for the boycott couldn't care less if LADS closes down or not, because everyone has lost interest in playing and is now fighting for their rights and their dignity that was disrespected.

Only those with a chronic, unhealthy dependency are terrified of Infold facing severe punishment because they fear they'll never play again. So that’s an issue you need to resolve with yourselves before going around criticizing those who want to take more incisive action.

Lastly, stop spreading fear that a damn private company that mistreats its consumers is going to cause a war or geopolitical conflict. If the Chinese government sees this blowing up and staining their reputation, the first thing they will do is crush Infold like a cockroach to set an example before ever responding to international public opinion. Infold is not a state-owned enterprise, they were supposed to represent China, but instead, they are making their entire industry look like a circus.

This is already spilling over onto other companies, but it's Infold's actions that are dragging everything through the mud! The mere fact that Infold exists and continues to adopt these practices is worse than anything that could come from the government.

Anyway, you had 30 days to spread peace and love. We stood by you: sometimes being more radical, sometimes joining your actions, but don't be naive enough to just sit around waiting. Because if you keep sitting on your hands, you're going to die waiting!

I think the main proof that we were asked, specifically by supporters, to be harsher is the fact that they themselves became harsher. They started filing complaints and openly speaking out against @Love_Deepspace on every platform.

Either all of us across different platforms were completely tricked by some CDgirls, or we were genuinely asked to do this.

What pisses me off about toxic pacifists (yes, I’m calling the extreme ones that) is precisely that they don’t realize using truth and advocating from truth is valid. The whole “we can’t bring negativity to the company” has ALWAYS been dismissive of the core problem: the company hasn’t handled anything well, long before Valko, but especially after Valko.

Much of the initial backlash to Valko’s launch from non antis were valid criticisms toward the company’s handling of the game and treatment of players.

That doesn’t vanish because people want Valko back and players can advocate for his return while criticizing the company for all the bad practices and decisions they’ve made. We can ask for them to reinstate a character while also sharing how much their handling of this controversy soured our trust in them or the setting where this behavior can pass.

THAT is how you bring about real change. Seeing people hating even on CN players who want to contact their agencies/gov to express these points and make real change happen has been crazy. 💀
