And Canada's Crown-Indigenous Relations minister Gary Anadasangree who was born in Sri Lanka and also came to Canada as a refugee is now supporting wildly unconstitutional hate speech laws?

#Gaza has been under a naval blockade & land siege for 17 years & its 2 mil Palestinians subject to 4 large scale offensives. Any shock in response to this multi scalar attack reflects an expectation that those Palestinians die quietly and a complicity in their strangulation.

Bottom line - we’re all just trying to help makes things a bit better for victims & survivors.

Grief, sadness, fear, are feelings that do not follow a timetable. It’s why today’s announcement demonstrates the understanding that communities require culturally responsive support, particularly when pain is brought to the surface as during the trial for #OurLondonFamily

As Muslims it’s our responsibility to prepare for death. Study the fiqh of death and inheritance and assign someone as your executor and trustee, someone you trust that will distribute your assets according to the Quran and Sunnah.

So many problems come out of inheritance. People feel so entitled to something that was never theirs to begin with.

What’s sad is that the laws of inheritance are clearly outlined in the Quran. Allah made it very easy for us.
